Xcite Coaching golf introduces children to the fundaments of the sport through full swing, putting, chipping and pitching, through fun golf games and activities.
Primary School
Skills 1
Introduces the children to the fundaments of different golf skills, i.e. full swing, putting, chipping and pitching, through fun golf games and activities.
Skills 2
Will focus on developing the expertise learnt in Skills 1 and homing in on more technical areas of these skills i.e. full swing, putting, chipping and satisfactory level, through fun golf games and activities.
Skills 3
Focuses on further developing expertise learnt in Skills 2 through golf games and activities i.e. full swing, putting, chipping and pitching. Golf to course management, how to score a card, on-course playing ability with the aim to achieve a junior handicap will also be introduced. Playing scores based on Xcite Bathgate 9-hole, par 3 golf course.
Club pathway
On completion of Skills 3, your child will have completed our primary school pathway. They’ll have had a good level of knowledge and competency to continue their golf journey. Please discuss with coaches the next steps once at this stage.
