Model Publication Scheme (MPS) 2014

Under FOI legislation West Lothian Leisure is required to adopt and maintain a 'Publication Scheme' which has the approval of the Scottish Information Commissioner, and publish information in accordance with that scheme. West Lothian Leisure has adopted the Model Publication Scheme (MPS) 2014 which has been produced and approved by the Scottish Information Commissioner. It is approved until 31 May 2018. A copy of the MPS 2014 is available to download.

How to make an FOI request

If you would like to make an FOI request, please either write to:

The FOI Officer, West Lothian Leisure Head Office, Xcite Bathgate, Balbardie Park, Torphichen Road, Bathgate, West Lothian, EH48 4LA; Or email: FOIrequest@westlothianleisure.com. In your request please state your name, contact address or email address and what information to would like to receive. To help us deal with your request quickly it would be helpful if you could be as specific as you can about the information you would like.


Review

If you have made a request and are unhappy with the response from West Lothian Leisure or have not had a response, you have the right to request a review by the organisation. Please address any requests for an internal review to:
