Xcite Livingston is holding small group sessions based in their gym led by our skilled team of instructors to help you maximise your training and develop your skills and knowledge in order to achieve your goals. Xcite HIIT - Monday 6pm
This class is all about High Intensity Interval Training doing cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
Xcite Strength and Conditioning - Tuesday 6pm
The format of this class highlights building the strength, size and endurance of skeletal muscles. It will improve strength and mobility, decrease the likelihood of injuries, and allows you the development of sound weightlifting.
Xcite Free Weights - Wednesday 6pm
Using dumbbells and barbells, Free Weights allows you to work in any range of motion you’d like. This requires you to work against gravity and use those stabilizer muscles to engage.
Xcite Core - Thursday 6pm
Core is a 30 minute class where you will target abs and obliques to help improve posture, balance and stability. This investment in your core enhances your ability to lift heavier and achieve optimal performance.
Xcite Injury Prevention and Recovery - Friday 10am
During this 30 minute class, we aim to raise awareness of injury prevention. This includes how to help you move your body and get the correct form to strengthen and build muscle followed by showing you how to cool down properly after a workout so your body can recover.
