Tai Chi

Come along and try our new Tai Chi class. Tai Chi is gentle and not strenuous, but it has been shown to have a positive effect on muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Easy to follow, making it excellent for beginners and people who have limited time or ability. Loose clothing, soft flat shoes and a smile are all that is required. 16yrs+

No booking is required for a fitness class, however we do advise you pre-book to avoid disappointment.
