Come along and try our new Tai chi class. Tai chi is gentle and not strenuous, but it has been shown to have a positive effect on muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Easy to follow, making it excellent for beginners and people who have limited time or ability. Loose clothing, soft flat shoes and a smile are all that is required. 16yrs+
How to Book
All customer must pre-book their fitness class. You can do this easily via the WLL Xcite App or on our website. Click here for more info on how to make a booking. Please bring your own yoga mat and blocks if required.
