Swimming is a great exercise for your body because it uses every muscle group and makes the heart and lungs work hard increasing your cardiovascular fitness.

No booking is required for a public swim*, lane swimming or sauna and steam rooms but you must pre-book Xcite Aqua due to high demand. 

*Booking is advised for public swimming sessions on Sundays at Xcite Linlithgow
