We continue to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit to all our venues and although masks are no longer required, it is your personal choice should you want to wear one during your visit. We continue to undertake additional cleaning, hand sanitisation stations are still available and please continue to wipe down equipment after use. Note you may have to queue for some non-bookable activities during popular times.

Xcite Aqua: You need to pre-book this activity - please see our Swimming FAQs for more details. View our current Swim Timetables here.
Fitness Classes: You can still pre-book fitness classes via our Xcite app or website. We advise you do this to avoid disappointment due to capacity numbers in these activities.
Gym Appointments: You can continue to book your gym appointments and golf tee off times via the Xcite app and website.
Sports: bookings are currently available via reception.
Supervised Soft Play: you can book this session on our Xcite app or website - remember to log in under your child(ren) details.
Swimming Sessions: you can book swimming @ Xcite Livingston in advance. All booking information can be found here.

No show fee update
The 'no show' fee of £2.00 will apply to Members for non-cancelled booked activities i.e fitness classes, lane swimming and sauna & steam rooms.
Please make sure if you cannot attend your booked activity that you cancel it via the Xcite App, website or at reception to avoid a charge.
This charge was introduced to encourage members to cancel if they could not attend freeing up the space for another member to attend.
Please note you cannot cancel by email or via our social media channels, only via your online account or contacting Reception directly.
