Join a safe and health focused walking group!
With different groups in several local area, all are welcome!
Our Ageing Well Walking groups are led by Trained Walk Leaders and suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities. The group normally walk for up to an hour at a pace suitable for the group. Shorter routes can be offered where possible within the group. The routes are varied and can include small gradients depending on the route. The groups always include social time at the end of each walk.
All Walks are FREE and all year round!
