Swim 35-45 seconds per length. If you are unsure about how you are feeling before your swim session, give medium a go. Feeling good? Move to the fast lane. Or if you want to go at your own pace, head over to the slow lane.
Swim 30 seconds or faster per length. If you are in this lane and faster swimmers join, please consider moving to the medium lane.
