Les Mills Barre is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength and allow you to escape the everyday. The class incorporates classic ballet positions with modern music, it is a combination of cardio and strength in one! There are high reps of small motion movements using very light weights as supporting your body stability and strength is the focus.
