PiYo is a full body, strength and stretch based routine that helps build strength and flexibility. It incorporates Pilates and Yoga moves in a choreographed music-based workout. It is a high intensity but low impact workout. Due to the options provided, this workout is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. 16yrs+
How to Book
All customer must pre-book their fitness class. You can do this easily via the WLL Xcite App or on our website. Click here for more info on how to make a booking. Please bring your own yoga mat and blocks if required.
