Claire is a seasoned Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, with over a decade of experience in tailoring health and wellness journeys for a diverse range of clients. Her comprehensive background includes delivering impactful online coaching, gym-based training, and conducting transformative nutrition workshops across the globe, with significant engagements in Africa and America.

Claire's holistic approach to fitness and nutrition is grounded in her dual role as a Sports Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, ensuring a focus on the mind, body, and soul. This spiritual and comprehensive perspective is central to her method, empowering clients to reach peak health and the best shape of their lives.

Dedicated to long-term success and client education, Claire offers precisely crafted coaching programmes. Clients can choose from 8 or 12-week blocks that feature personalised training, either one-to-one or in group sessions, a free complimentary sports massage per month to alleviate training-induced tension, bespoke nutrition and exercise plans for use outside of sessions, and weekly check-ins. With daily motivation and a wealth of knowledge shared, Claire is committed to helping you achieve and maintain the results you desire for the long term.
