IT Support Analyst
Job Purpose – overview

Your role is to provide operational and technical support for assigned information and communication technology systems.
Core Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Contribute to ICT projects and work to timescales and within costs. v Provide an [additional] out of hours ICT support service |

Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- An excellent ability to demonstrate the core competencies.

- Microsoft Server /Exchange and Active Directory.
