Do I need to book my activity in advance?
Yes, all customer will be required to pre-book their activity session online. Find out more here.
What should I expect in a fitness class?
Classes will be smaller to adhere to social distancing rules. There will be floor stickers throughout the studio to ensure everyone has adequate space. We ask you to bring your own yoga mat/block.
Will there be changes to the fitness class timetables?
Yes, we've changes so we can run more classes but with limited numbers to meet guidelines. Where possible we've moved classes into bigger spaces and introduced onsite virtual classes (in addition) to our programme so more people can continue to enjoy their favourite workouts!
Will there be cleaning products available in the studios?
Let's get into a routine and keep it pristine! Please use the hand sanitiser provided throughout our venues. Hygiene stations are available in all areas so you can wipe down kit before and after use. Cleaning slots have been timetabled between sessions and we will be using Electrostatic cleaning system a part of our hygiene programme.
Will all classes be reduced to 45 min classes and spaced further apart on the timetable?
Yes, class times will be 45 mins max in line with guidelines. There will be cleaning slots between classes to keep everyone safe.
Why are there now blue circles on the floor?
The blue circles have been placed on the floor so you knowing your safe spot when participating in the fitness class. All fitness classes areas have floor markings as per guidelines.
During a class, can we move from our designated space?
We see no issues with movement if social distancing is maintained.
Will there be equipment available?
Please bring your own yoga mats and blocks.
Will there be back to back classes?
No, cleaning slots will be scheduled between each session.
Are there any fitness classes disciplines that will be removed from the timetable?
We've followed guidelines and in certain classes Instructors will provide an alternative teaching method, i.e. no running around in Body Attack and movements being modified to delivered on the spot. If any need to be removed, we do hope to be able to add any of these back as soon as we safely can.
