Do I need to book my fitness class in advance?
No - however you can pre-book your fitness classes via our app or website. We advise you do this to avoid disappointment due to capacity numbers in these activities.

What fitness classes are available?
You can access a fantastic range of in-venue fitness classes, including outdoor and in venue virtual classes. We also offer Xcite Online so you can join in anywhere anytime :). Check out our timetables.
What if I am not yet ready to come back to in venue classes?
Don’t worry if you don’t feel ready yet, we have a fabulous offering within our Xcite Online membership which includes LES MILLS Content! Click here for more info. We will also continue to offer Outdoor and Virtual fitness classes!
Will there be cleaning products available in the studios?
Yes, please use the hand sanitiser provided throughout our venues. Hygiene stations are available in all areas so you can wipe down the kit before and after use. We also use an Electrostatic cleaning system as part of our hygiene programme.
Why have classes been reduced to 45 minutes?
Classes have been reduced to 45 mins due to Scottish Government Guidelines.
Will there be equipment available?
Yes, but please bring your own yoga mats and blocks.
Will there be back-to-back classes?
No, cleaning slots will be scheduled in-between each fitness class.
Are there any fitness classes that have been removed from the timetable?
We've followed guidelines and in certain classes, instructors will provide an alternative teaching method e.g. no running in Body Attack and movements being modified to be delivered on the spot. If any fitness classes need to be removed, we do hope to be able to add them back as soon as we safely can.
Are there any fitness classes disciplines that will be added to the timetable?
Yes! We are excited to let you know that over the next few weeks, you will see a re-introduction of our Easy Line and Omnia classes in a number of our venues. Check out the WLL Xcite App for further information on availability!
Are there still waiting lists for fitness classes?
We have listened to feedback from both customers and instructors on classes not being full and have removed waiting lists from all our activities.
