Once logged in with your ID and PIN you’ll only be able to view and book 7-8 days in advance, depending on your membership.
If you have an Xcite Online Membership, remember to log in with your in-venue ID and PIN and not your Xcite Online details.
To book under 16 years activities you must log in under their ID and PIN.

If you cannot attend your activity please cancel online via the app or website or by contact reception. There is a no-show fee of £2 for members who do not cancel their fitness class and do not show up.
If you know your ID but not your PIN, you can request a new PIN here. You must use the same email address you have registered with us to receive this.

If you are booking for under 16yrs you will need to log in under your Child's ID and PIN to book their activities. Or if your child is a new customer, register them on the system.
