Please check out these helpful hints when making an online booking
- Bookings are 7-8 days in advance depending on your membership package.
- Once logged in with your ID and PIN you’ll only be able to view and book 7-8 days in advance.
- If you have an Xcite Online Membership remember to log in with your in-venue ID and PIN and not your Xcite Online details.
- To book under 16 years activities you must log in under their ID and PIN.
- If you would like to book into our Kids Coaching Activities please click here.
- You can also make bookings by phoning Xcite Receptions.
- There is a 'no show fee' for members who do not cancel their fitness class and do not show up for the class.
- If you cannot attend your activity please cancel online via the app or website or by contact reception. Read more here about our Booking Terms and Conditions. Note T&Cs are different for Members and Pay-per-visit customers.
ID and membership
Please refer to your latest email for your ID. If you don't have your ID, please email us here or contact reception. Please note, we are experiencing a high volume of enquiries.
If you know your ID but not your PIN, you can request a new PIN here. Note you must use the same email address you have registered with us to receive this.
If you wish to take out an Xcite membership please view our options and sign up online! You can also contact Xcite Reception with any queries.
You can also register as a pay-per-visit customer here. You'll receive an email with your ID and how to request your PIN. You can request a new PIN here.
Under 16yrs bookings
If you are booking for under 16yrs you will need to log in under your Child's ID and PIN to book their activities. Or if your child is a new customer, register them on the system.
No show fee
From Wednesday 1 September the 'no show' fee of £2.00 will be re-introduced to fitness class bookings for members.
Please make sure if you cannot attend your booked class that you cancel it via the Xcite App, website or at reception to avoid a charge.
This charge was introduced to encourage members to cancel if they could not attend freeing up the space for another member to attend.
