We are delighted that the Scottish Government has announced an indicative date of 14 September as the day we can re-open our doors and welcome you back to Xcite.

We’re looking forward to getting the Xcite Team ready and our facilities fit for your return. We know you’ll be excited too and have lots of questions on how it’s going to look, and it will be a little different. We’ve been working with Community Leisure UK, SportsScotland, UKActive, relevant National Governing Bodies, Les Mills and Technogym to ensure the safety of all our customers and staff with the best practices in place to deliver our award winning service.

We’ll be releasing more details over the coming weeks and appreciate your patience while we finalise our plans and reintroduce the team back into their workplace. What we can tell you now is that we are investing in enhanced safety and cleaning measures as well as reviewing our programmes and introducing new features.

An Xcite Membership team is being set up to deal with your enquires via email and phone, please await details of this before contacting us, at this time the majority of our staff remain on furlough. You will be able to continue to freeze your membership if you don’t feel quite ready to come back, and no payment will be reinstated without further notification.

As the First Minister stated the 14 September is an indicative date, and this may change, we will continue to monitor Scottish Government guidelines and follow their guidance.

In the meantime, please keep following us on social media, download the WLL Xcite App, or visit our website to keep up-to-date with our latest news.
