Mental Health Awareness Week took place between 9-15 May 2022.
Although Mental Health Awareness was last week, at Xcite, we are passionate about the importance of mental health all year round.
Therefore, Xcite Broxburn Sports Centre are holding specialist classes between 16-22 May. These classes are designed to help you relax and de-stress, which are both proven to help improve mental health.

|A 90 minute yoga practice where props will be used to "meet and support" the body, to allow it to actively rest, feel held and comforted, providing a state of rest and rejuvenation. Restorative poses focus on releasing ever deeper layers of tension within the body and mind.
