Target 1: 3 gym sessions per week

  • 3000 moves per week = 12000 moves for the month

Target 2: 4 gym sessions per week

  • 4000 moves per week = 16000 moves for the month

Target 3: 5 gym sessions per week

  • 5000 moves per week = 20000 moves for the month
