Log your cardio and strength training in the My Wellness App to earn MOVES! Choose one of our three Targets to aim for:
Target 1: 3 gym sessions per week
- 3000 moves per week = 12000 moves for the month
Target 2: 4 gym sessions per week
- 4000 moves per week = 16000 moves for the month
Target 3: 5 gym sessions per week
- 5000 moves per week = 20000 moves for the month
