West Lothian Leisure, your local Community Leisure trust, has won GOLD at the UK TRP Customer Experience Awards! The CEA recognises and rewards health and fitness club operators, commercial and public sector, from across the UK. The results are measured over 12 months from their customer’s Net promoter scores.
West Lothian Leisure was the only Scottish provider to receive a GOLD Medal Award, with other trusts, like Edinburgh Leisure, Glasgow Life and Inverclyde, receiving Silver. Xcite Broxburn Pool also won Best Swimming Pool 2018 for the whole of the UK!
