Catherine Stewart from Broxburn Sports Centre received flowers in thanks for her outstanding customer service.
We are so proud to recognise her excellence in going over and assisting parents of the Xcite Coaching Programme.
Paul Begg said, “I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Catherine from Broxburn.
My daughter who has autism is at that difficult age where she’s too old to go in on her own but needs the additional support for gymnastics.
Catherine has been regularly giving me options, keeping me updated with the progress and has managed with the help of her manager and the gymnastics coach, to get my daughter in a more age appropriate class with a parent still being able to attend which is the perfect outcome for us.
We hope she enjoys the new class but if you could pass my thanks on to Catherine, she made something that proves to cause us challenges from time to time extremely simple and was great from start to finish.”
