My name is Charlie, I've had a passion for fitness from a young age, starting off doing judo earning my black belt, and winning multiple Scottish Grand Prix tournaments. 

I transitioned into weight training for strength before falling in love with natural bodybuilding placing fourth in Britain in my first competitive season. 

Fitness has helped me massively throughout my life and I attribute it to the person I have become today physically and mentally. Due to its importance and my passion for fitness, my mission is to help people reach their fitness goals. 

I pride myself in being an individual who always leads from the front with my training as well as continuing to improve my knowledge. 

I'm confident this shows in the results I've achieved with my clients so far throughout my years of helping people through the transformations I've taken people through and I would love to help you do the same. 

I specialise in guiding individuals to improve their body composition and strength. Whether you're a beginner aiming to shed weight, an experienced individual seeking to optimize muscle growth, or get stronger to improve your sports performance I’m confident in my ability to assist you in achieving your goals.
