Family & Friends Introductory Canoe Session
A fun, introductory session for family and friend groups using 2- or 3-person open canoes on the Union Canal. No previous experience is required; we just ask that participants are water-confident and happy splashing around. Each group can include up to 4 participants, one of whom must be an adult.
Session Times: 9.30am – 12.30pm or 1.30pm – 4.30pm

Participants will spend the day running, jumping, and dodging obstacles in a high-energy, colourful adventure. This event is suitable for children and families, with plenty of laughter and bursts of paint along the course. Children under 8 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Swimming is one of our most popular activities, with pools available at six of our venues. We offer sessions for all abilities, from lane swimming to aquafit. At three of our pools, sauna and steam rooms are also available.

TrackMan’s indoor golf simulator delivers an immersive experience for golfers of all abilities. Play world-famous courses, analyse your swing, and enjoy fun family and group games like tournaments and bullseye challenges.

These classes have been designed to include exercises that everyone can do, but the level of intensity is tailored to the participant. Classes will include a series of various functional movements aimed at preparing the body for activities and real-life movements; squatting, lifting, reaching, pulling, and much more!
