Dance can have a powerful effect on people's lives so come along and join our fortnightly Tea Dance. Enjoy a full entertaining afternoon with friends old and new - a great way to meet new people in a friendly atmosphere with physical, emotional, mental and social benefits! The friendliness and liveliness of the occasion can contribute to a greater feeling of well-being.
Our Tea Dances take place on Mondays 13:30 - 16:00 at Whitburn Bowling Club.
