We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance, compliance and property services, ensuring our facilities are safe, well maintained, sustainable and fit for purpose.
Lead planned and reactive maintenance across our property portfolio.
Manage accurate property and asset registered, condition information and lifecycle plans
Ensure statutory compliance and high health & safety standards.
Manage contractors, suppliers and property service providers.
Deliver refurbishment, lifecycle and capital improvement projects.
Manage a property and maintenance budget of approximately £973,000.
Drive improvements in energy efficiency, sustainability and value for money.
Maintain accurate asset information, condition records and lifecycle plans.
Lead and motivate the Maintenance Team.
Work closely with operational teams and senior managers to minimise disruption and keep our facilities running safely.
You’ll bring at least five years’ experience in a comparable property maintenance role, together with:
Strong knowledge of property, building services, legislation and statutory compliance.
Excellent project, budget and contractor management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A practical, organised and solutions-focused approach.
Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel.
A full driving licence/access to a suitable vehicle and the ability to travel between sites.
A relevant degree/HND and experience within leisure, sport or public-facing facilities would be an advantage.
