We’re looking for a Duty Supervisor to work across our school sites this summer, supporting a range of locations and shift patterns.
The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Duty Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the leisure centre during your shifts. You will be the key point of contact for both staff and customers, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the centre during assigned shifts
Lead, motivate, and support staff
Ensure health & safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
Ensure that all staff, customers, contractors and visitors are working to the highest standards to ensure a safe and secure environment
Ensure sufficient numbers of appropriately trained staff are available to safely deliver services
Ensure that the facility programme is delivered successfully
Carry out facility checks and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
Have knowledge of and actively promote and sell our products and services
Undertake administrative functions, stock management and the maintenance of accurate records
Carry out general tasks including routine maintenance and cleaning duties as required
