October can be wet, miserable and difficult to get the kids out to keep active. This October, grab them a reward card and they'll have the chance to win prizes if they participate in activities that we are running throughout all our venues! You may already have these activities as part of your weekly routine: swimming, soft play, etc. If you have an Xcite Academy+ membership already, a lot of the activities will be included! If you don't have a membership, why not ask our staff about one?!
We are encouraging kids to try something new and aim to get at least 5 activities 'stamped' during the month of October - every time an activity on the reward card is completed, simply take your card to the reception desk in-venue and ask them to stamp 'Xcite' over the completed activity. Once you have 5 stamps, fill out your contact details on the back and hand over the card to reception and we'll put you in the prize draw!

Rise to the Challenge Rules:
- Children must be between the ages of 3 and 15 to participate.
- Rise to the Challenge rewards cards can be collected from Xcite venue receptions.
- At least 5 different activities must be completed during October at an Xcite venue or community school pool.
- Activity stamps can be collected at activity venue reception*.
- Cards with 5 stamps can be submitted at any venue reception.
- Completed cards must be submitted by October 31st to be eligible for the prize draw.
*If there is no reception at your activity venue, or it is unmanned, keep a record of your activity booking and show it at another venue reception to receive your stamp.
The prize draw of all eligible cards will take place on Monday 4th November and the winning entrants will be notified via the details given on the submitted card.

What if I lose my reward card?
Don't worry! Go to your nearest Xcite venue , let them know and they'll get you a new card. If you are an Xcite member, you can go through your past activities on our system to get them stamped off. If not, if you have a record of the activities you attended (e.g. booking confirmation) then we can use this to stamp off the activity.
Can I complete more than one card?
Of course! If you are keeping active to be able to complete a card and still have enough time to complete another, then take a new card and keep going! Just make sure any completed cards are handed into venues by 31st October.
How do I find out if I have won a prize?
We will use the contact details written on the back of the card to put entrants into a random selector. On November 4th, we will hold the draw and the first 5 names from this will win a prize.
We will then use the email/phone number provided to contact the winners and arrange for them to collect their prize.
The prizes will be allocated by Xcite, starting with the first name receiving the first prize on the prizes list, the second receiving the second prize, etc.
