Deans Community High School is a local community resource, used by the public and local groups. Xcite offer public swimming sessions, aqua based fitness classes and a comprehensive Learn to Swim programme. 

A dance studio, outdoor pitches and a games hall are also available for hire.

We can now confirm that repair work on the swimming pool is scheduled to begin on Friday 31 October 2025, and is expected that the pool will be reopened on Tuesday, 25th November.

To minimise disruption, all Aqua classes and Learn to Swim lessons will be relocated while repairs take place. You can find out more by clicking here.
