All payments are required at the time of booking a pay-per-visit activity or purchasing a membership. Failure to make payment will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking or membership. Please note Xcite Memberships are currently frozen and Golf Membership is only available at Polkemmet Golf and Driving Range.
Pay-per-visit single activity booking payments are non-refundable once a booking is made and payment is received. You can transfer your pay-per-visit booking if notify us of your cancellation 24hrs prior to your activity booking start time by contact reception. Note transferred booking must be within 7 days of original booking. Holiday Activity Courses are non-refundable or transferable.

Tee-times must be booked in advance on our online booking system and can be booked 7 days in advance - find out more here.
You must check-in at reception before play - this is located within the Visitor Centre at Polkemmet and the Golf Hut at the 1st tee at Xcite Bathgate.
Please take the time to read through our golf guidelines before visiting us. This is to ensure the safety of you, other golfers and our staff. Follow the signs around the course and driving range at all times.
Cancellations – Polkemmet Golf Members
Cancellations can be made online up to 2 hours before booked tee-time for Golf Members at Polkemmet Golf or Driving Range only. You can cancel under 'your bookings' section on the WLL Xcite App under Polkemmet Golf and Driving Range club or on the website here. You cannot cancel by email or via our social media channels.
As per golf guidelines you must check-in at reception on arrival.
