This Women’s Health Day, come and join us at Xcite Linlithgow, for a half-day menopause and perimenopause course - back by popular demand after our previous sessions.
This engaging and informative half-day session begins with a warm welcome and an overview of key statistics. You'll be introduced to the gym environment, where you'll explore the many benefits of exercise during this stage of life. The course also includes classroom-based activities, offering expert insights into common medical concerns and the essential role physical activity plays in managing symptoms and supporting hormone health.
