Downloading the Xcite App

The WLL Xcite App is the quickest and easiest way to book your favourite activities!

Explore our latest timetables, news and offers, plus get access to venue information and bookings. You can also manage your online account and receive the latest notifications and updates from your local Xcite venue!

Setting up a Password

You can do it by clicking here or when you first log into the WLL Xcite App or online:

Select the club you want to visit.

Find the activity you would like and click the 'Book' button.

Click the 'Reset Password' or you can reset it here.

Enter the email address that you used to set up your account.

Go to your emails and open the email and select the Reset Password hyperlink.

If you are unable to click the hyperlink, you can copy the whole link and paste it into a search engine.

Enter a new password.

Go back to the app and log in. 

If you have more than one account with the same Email address

You may have a linked account with the same email address in this instance please follow the process below:

Click the ‘Forgotten Password’ button on the login screen or here and enter the account's email address. 

A dropdown list of all the accounts linked to the email address will appear. 

Select the Account you want to update the password for and press ‘Send’

Please note that all passwords for accounts linked to the same email address must be different. 

I am already logged into to the App

If you are already logged into the app you do not need to log out! 

You can reset your password here. You can use this to log in online or if you ever get logged out of the app. 

Group Classes Booking Window

All members can book Group Classes in advance. 

For our Active+ and equivalent members, bookings open at 9pm 8 days in advance of the class.

For all other membership types, it is 9pm 7 days in advance of the class.
