Customers will now be able to scan their membership card or tap their band at the barriers to access the gym or fitness classes). Instead of queueing at reception, customers can scan their card, select their activity on the screen, and head straight in, making the start of their visit smoother and faster.
Please note, customers wanting to access the swimming pool, sauna/steam room or booked in for a sport must still check in at reception.
An instructional “How To” video is available to watch on our digital screens in those venues or below to guide members through the process. Members taking part in multiple activities during one visit should remember to scan their card each time to ensure visits are recorded correctly.
Staff will continue to be available to assist anyone who needs support, including customers with accessibility needs or those without their membership card.
