From Monday 30th March - Sunday 5th April, all Xcite coaching courses will be suspended to allow our coaching team to attend mandatory training sessions. This includes:
Learn to Swim Lessons
Gymnastics
Football
Badminton
and Golf
During this week, our coaches will be sharpening their skills, learning new techniques, and bringing back fresh ideas to make your sessions even better, more engaging, and - most importantly - more fun!
All sessions will return from Monday, 6th April 2026, ready to go with renewed energy.
Please note the pool will close earlier than usual on Monday 30th March for essential maintenance to our pool showers.
The final swim session will run from 6–7pm, and the 6:30pm Aqua Fit class is cancelled for one week only.
We’ll reopen as normal on Tuesday 31st.

We’re giving our Spin Studio a fresh new look, so it will be closed from Monday 30th March until Sunday 5th April (inclusive).
During this time, all face-to-face and virtual Spin classes in the studio will be cancelled.

All school venues will be closed from 3rd to 6th April for the Easter break.
Public swimming sessions and fitness classes will not be available during this period.
Xcite Winchburgh will remain open as normal.
The swimming pool at Deans Community High School will be closed from Tuesday 10th March for approximately 2–3 weeks to allow scheduled maintenance to take place.
To minimise disruption where possible, all Aqua classes and Learn to Swim lessons will be temporarily relocated while repairs are carried out. CLICK HERE for full details of the temporary arrangements.
At present, these changes are expected to remain in place until Wednesday 1st April. However, if the pool is able to reopen sooner, we will provide an update on our website and social media channels, and contact all affected lesson participants and class bookings directly with further details.
Due to swimming lessons being relocated from Deans Community High School, there will be a reduced area available for public swimming on the following dates:
Saturday 28th March
Alternative public swimming sessions will be available on these days at Xcite Winchburgh and Xcite @ West Calder High School.
