Our award winning Learn To Swim coaching programme seeks to help children become safe and competent swimmers.

If you wish to book into a class, please see the section below for information about how to do this.

This class starts to introduce independence in the water in preparation for pre-school classes. The support of the adult is available for added encouragement and confidence. For children aged 2-3yrs.
Pre-school is the first opportunity for children to experience full independence in the pool. Through play children will learn the core aquatic skills that are essential for a smooth progression through the Learn 2 Swim levels. For children aged 3-4½yrs.

All primary school classes are available for those who may need more assistance and support. They will be involved in games-based activities to help them learn skills such as breathing, submerging and moving in the water. Swimming strokes will be introduced gradually once a child has learned basic core aquatic skills.
Designed specifically for young people aged 12–16, this programme supports those who are learning to swim later than others or who would benefit from a more age-appropriate, confidence-led environment.
Whether you’re learning to swim for the first time, returning after a break, or looking to improve your fitness and technique, our adult coaching programme is here to support you every step of the way.
