From 1 April 2026, West Lothian Leisure (also known as Xcite) will take over responsibility for managing the club/community access bookings at both Whitburn Academy and Bathgate Academy. This change reflects West Lothian Council’s established approach to the delivery of community access to secondary school sports facilities and aligns these schools with arrangements already in place elsewhere across West Lothian.
To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any disruption to your booking, we are seeking your permission to contact you regarding your current and future bookings at Whitburn Academy and/ or Bathgate Academy.
