If you would like to cancel your membership, please complete the cancellation request form below.
Please note: Requests received on or before the 23rd of the month will be processed, and membership will remain active until the day before the next payment is due, after which it will terminate. Requests received after the cut-off date will be processed the following month.
For example, if you submit your cancellation request on 1-23rd of April, the April payment will be your last payment, and your membership will be active until 30th April. If you submit your request 24th-30th April, your last payment will be 1st May and your membership will remain active until 31st May.
Any forms received after the cut off date of the 23rd of the month, may not receive confirmation of cancellation until the end of the first week of the following month.
Our membership packages have been reviewed, and you may not be able to re-join on your current payment structure if you cancel.
