The quickest way to make changes to your current membership is at your Xcite venue reception on your next visit, where the Xcite Team will be able to action changes to your account immediately in most cases.
Please be advised, if you are an Xcite POL member you will need to complete the below form to change your membership as reception will not be able to process this at this time.
You can also make changes to your current membership by completing the short form below. All change of membership requests will be actioned by the end of the month in preparation for the next Direct Debit payment. Please also note that you must submit this form by the 21st of the month to ensure the changes can be implemented for the direct debit payment on the 1st of the following month.
