Reasons for freezing your account might include:
• Health Issues
• Injury
• Pregnancy
• Operation/Recovery
We will also consider exceptional circumstances and ask you to give more details when completing the form.
Memberships can be frozen for 3 months at a time, up to a maximum of 12 months.
*Please note: All freeze requests are reviewed individually and we may request further information to be able to apply a freeze to your account. The cut-off date to freeze your membership for any calendar month is the 21st.*
