Swimming Teacher

Are you passionate about helping people build confidence in the water? Do you enjoy working with children and adults in a fun, rewarding environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Swimming Teacher to join our friendly team at Xcite.

As a Swimming Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons for a range of ages and abilities.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
• Track and record swimmers’ progress in line with our programme.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and participants.
• Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Hold a recognised swimming teaching qualification 
• Are confident, patient, and able to motivate swimmers of all ages.
• Possess strong communication and organisational skills.
• Have a proactive attitude and a commitment to safeguarding and water safety.
• Hold a valid Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) or be willing to obtain one.
