We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Duty Manager to join our team at Xcite Craigswood. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with proven supervisory experience who’s ready to lead from the front and make a meaningful impact in the local community.
Your Role:
As Duty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, with a particular focus on all things leisure centre. That includes managing the facility, programming, and staff - ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards.
This role requires strong leadership and leisure management skills, alongside hands-on experience.
