We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Duty Manager to join our team at Xcite Craigswood. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in a leisure environment who’s ready to lead from the front and make a meaningful impact in the local community.
Your Role:
As Duty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, with a particular focus on all things leisure centre. That includes managing our facilities, programming, and staff — ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards.
This role requires strong leadership and leisure management skills, alongside hands-on experience.
