You will play a key role in ensuring that our members and guests have an exceptional experience. You should have a willingness to be flexible and assist with other tasks within the leisure centre when weather conditions impact golf play.

Working 16 hours per week on a fixed-term contract from the end of April 2026 until 30th September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our services and facilities

• Take bookings & process payments

• Ensure the golf cabin is clean, organised, and well-stocked with essential items

• Assist customers with golf-related equipment

• Provide general assistance and ensure a positive experience for all visitors

• Work alongside a dedicated team to maintain high standards of customer care
