Hours Of Work:
Working a minimum of 7.5 hours per week on a flexible basis to provide additional cover during busy times, promotions and cover holidays. Wherever possible hours will be arranged in advance. Applicants should have good availability with the opportunity to pick up additional hours if required.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, welcoming members and guests, providing exceptional service, and ensuring everyone enjoys a first-class experience. You’ll bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive approach to supporting the team and assisting with a variety of tasks. We are looking for a proactive and versatile team player - an all-rounder who is happy to support across all areas of the venue. This includes providing cover in both the Café and Reception areas when required, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers throughout the building. Flexibility and a willingness to get involved wherever needed are essential. While not required, holding a Gym Instructor qualification would be a bonus too.
Working within the leisure centre and surrounding outdoor areas, you will help maintain cleanliness and ensure that our facility is safe, well-maintained, and ready for customer use.

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle customer enquiries, providing accurate information about our services and facilities
Ensure business areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked with essential items
Provide general assistance and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
Work alongside a dedicated team to maintain high standards of customer care
Deliver building tours and discuss membership options with new visitors
Set up and take down sports equipment for various activities and classes
Carry out regular cleaning duties to maintain hygiene and presentation standards
Deliver excellent customer service by assisting with enquiries and promoting centre services
Support different areas of the facility, including Reception and Café, as required
Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
