Job Description

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service in a scenic environment? Do you enjoy interacting with people while working in a beautiful setting within Balbardie Park, Bathgate? If so, we want you to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at Xcite in Bathgate!

You will play a key role in ensuring that our members and guests have an exceptional experience. You should have a willingness to be flexible and assist with other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle customer enquiries, providing accurate information about our services and facilities
  • Ensure the business areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked with essential items
  • Provide general assistance and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
  • Work alongside a dedicated team to maintain high standards of customer care
  • Setting up and taking down equipment for various activities and classes
  • Carrying out regular cleaning duties to maintain hygiene and presentation standards
  • Delivering excellent customer service by assisting with enquiries and promoting centre services
  • Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
