Good Boost is a gentle, supportive, water-based exercise programme designed to help you move with confidence, improve strength and feel better in your body.
It is a clinically proven programme delivered in swimming pools using specialist technology. Each session is personalised to you, so you can work at your own pace and ability.
The natural support of the water reduces impact on your joints while helping you build strength, mobility, and confidence in a safe, welcoming environment.

You don’t need to be a strong swimmer – exercises can be completed standing in shallow water, or you can choose deep-water exercises using an aqua belt for added support.
This is your workout and is designed around what feels right for you.
On your first visit, you will complete the free induction. The induction takes 20–30 minutes and gets you set up on the tablet. Once this is done, you will be ready for your first session.
If you plan to exercise on the same day, please account for your induction time when arriving at the venue.
Booking in advance is recommended to ensure tablet availability and minimise waiting time. Drop-in access may be available during session times where capacity allows (Please check with venue first).
Many people begin to feel improvements in wellbeing after around 6 sessions. We advise purchasing a block of 6 sessions, however Pay-as-you-go sessions are available if you’d like to try the programme before committing.
Good Boost sessions are 60 minutes, allowing you to spend between 15 and 45 minutes in the water, depending on how you feel on the day.
We recommend booking a block of 6 sessions, as this is when many people start to notice improvements in their wellbeing.
