HYROX is the fitness race for everybody.
Everybody who is 16 and older can participate in a HYROX event! Anyone who participates in a sport, gym, fitness club, freeletics group or just loves to run is ideal for HYROX.
It is recommended you have a fitness background or regularly participate in fitness activities. You should have at least a minimal fitness level. The workouts are a combination of different natural movements combined with added weights.
We are introducing 3 types of class to help you learn or perfect your technique and there's no pressure to work up to an event - you can just incorporate the class into your usual fitness routine. Read on for more information.
Our Hyrox Training club offers 3 different classes: Conditioning, Engine and Strength.
Our classes are designed to bring everyone together to train together, encourage one another, feel part of a fitness movement.

Tuesday 06:30 - 07:15 in Studio 1
This class can help to prepare individuals for the Hyrox fitness race or simply improve their overall fitness. It combines running with functional fitness exercises like rowing, sled pushes, and burpees to build strength, endurance, and stamina. These classes are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels and offer scalable exercises.
Thursday 18:10 - 18:55 in Studio 1
The focus is on developing endurance in a variety of manners, ranging from aerobic capacity to lactate threshold to muscular endurance and stamina to speed. Athletes will become faster runners, increase their work rate, and improve their ability on machines. It includes a greater number of repetitions and increased distances on specific machines, challenging your muscles in unique ways. This can lead to improved muscular strength, enhanced cardiovascular resilience, and overall increased performance in a range of physical activities. The program also integrates Functional Threshold Power (FTP) training, aerobic endurance exercises, and compromised running along with speed drills.
Friday 18:00 - 18:45 in Studio 1
This class is designed to build athletic strength and a leaner body that is ready to race. Sleds can be heavy and ergs need power to get them done quickly. Your solution - Hyrox strength! These workouts are a mix of weight lifting and metabolic conditioning drills, including sprint work!
Our 3 Hyrox classes are for 16+ and are included in all adult memberships an an introductory offer.
For all other memberships and non-members, the usual 45m class pay as you go price of £8.00 is charged.
