Our mountain biking courses are perfect for riders who have already attended an introductory session or have experience on blue-grade mountain bike trails. These action-packed two-day courses focus on building skills, boosting confidence, and improving technique on both natural and purpose-built mountain bike trails.
Location: Callendar Estate Trail Network, Beecraigs Country Park, or one of the many Pump Tracks in West Lothian
Age: 10-14 years. Suitable for riders with some prior Mountain Bike experience

Based out of Xcite Linlithgow, this course is for those who have already attended one of our Intro Canoe or Kayak courses, or who have previous paddlesports experience. It is designed to help you develop your skills and explore new locations in our open canoes and kayaks. Likely venues include the Union Canal, Falkirk Wheel, or Loch Ard. All necessary transport is provided.
