Block Booking Terms & Conditions

Depending on the venue you would like to book, we ask you to download the Terms & Conditions document, read thoroughly and then complete the fields on the last page.   You will then need to upload the signed document when completing your block booking form.   Your booking form cannot be submitted without this form completed.
