Hi, I’m Klaudia – a Personal Trainer specialising in arthritis, joint conditions, and chronic pain.
I know that starting a fitness journey when you’re living with pain or limited mobility isn’t easy. That’s why I focus on supporting my clients both physically and mentally, helping you feel safe, understood, and confident on the gym floor.
Over the past years, I’ve gained valuable experience running the Joint Pain Programme at Nuffield Health, working closely with people managing long-term joint issues. I’ve seen firsthand how the right kind of movement can reduce pain, improve mobility, and boost confidence.
I also hold an HNC in Soft Tissue Therapy, which enables me to support injury prevention and recovery through exercise therapy and sports massage techniques tailored to your specific needs.
Staying active is one of the most effective ways to manage arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions—and my goal is to make that process feel doable and even enjoyable.
