With over 35 years of coaching experience, I specialise in helping people build confidence, break unhelpful habits, and create strong, sustainable routines that genuinely change their lives. I’m a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional specialist training in Alcohol & Drug Addiction Recovery, Mental Health Awareness, Life Coaching, and Peri/Post-Menopause Exercise & Nutrition.
My coaching approach is a blend of professional expertise and real lived experience. I’ve supported children, adults, and communities for decades, helping people who want to get fitter, lose weight, improve their mental wellbeing, and rebuild belief in themselves. My sessions combine structured training, mindset work, and supportive accountability, creating real results that last.
I run popular outdoor bootcamps, women’s peri/post-menopause circuits, and men’s mental health groups, alongside 1-1 personal training delivered indoors, outdoors, and online through my training hub. I focus on confidence building, behaviour change, and providing a safe, positive environment where anyone can grow physically and mentally.
