Having lived in the middle east for over 12 years, I’ve had the opportunity to coach clients from a wide range of nationalities and fitness backgrounds. My approach is inclusive, results driven and always tailored to suit individual needs.
After going through three major surgeries, I understand how to train smarter, stay motivated and recover. I design programs that work with your body, not against it- no matter your starting point.
I train men and women, I provide support for women experiencing
perimenopause and menopause, offering guidance on managing changes in energy, strength, and body composition through practical fitness strategies and nutrition advice. I believe this stage of life is a time to take back control not
slow down.

Over the past four years I have worked with clients that have had injuries from motorbike accidents and car injuries, giving them structured workouts to gain strength to give back confidence.
