Hi, I’m Aldair Lopes, a qualified Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, and I’m excited to support members at Xcite on their fitness journey.
I help people improve their body composition, strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing - whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved fitness, or simply feeling healthier and more energised day to day. I believe true transformation goes far beyond workouts or diets. It starts with mindset, consistency, and sustainable habits.
Like many people, I’ve experienced different phases in my own journey - weight loss, rebuilding strength, gaining muscle, and continually improving my performance and mindset. These experiences shaped my coaching approach and taught me that lasting results come from consistency, dedication, correct technique, intelligent programming, and focused intensity.
A healthy body builds a healthy mind. My role as a personal trainer is to guide, educate, motivate, and support you every step of the way - inside and outside the gym.
