This exciting 8-station functional fitness event is designed for everyone, no matter your fitness level. XCITE-FIT1.0 isn’t about who finishes first—it’s about coming together as a community, challenging yourself, and having a blast while doing it.
Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find yourself inspired and supported every step of the way. Each station offers a unique challenge that will push your limits, but most importantly, it’s all about participation, fun and achieving your personal best in a positive, encouraging environment.
Friends and family are encouraged to come along as spectators, cheering you on every step of the way! Get ready to challenge yourself, connect with others, and enjoy a fantastic day of fitness and community spirit!
Your starting station will be chosen at random, adding an exciting twist to the experience. Once assigned, you’ll follow the route around the arena, tackling all 8 stations. You’ll have 4 minutes to push yourself at each of the 8 stations, followed by a 2-minute recovery period before moving on to the next challenge.
